By completing an order, the customer fully accepts these conditions.

Products

PORACT provides posture and wellness products designed for everyday use.
Product descriptions, images and features are displayed as accurately as possible.
Small variations may occur due to manufacturing updates, screen display differences or product improvements.

Prices

All prices appear in the selected currency on the website.
As PORACT is a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable (Article 293B of the French Tax Code).
Prices may change at any time, but the total charged is always the one shown at checkout.

Order Process

To place an order, the customer must select products, proceed to checkout and provide accurate information.
PORACT may cancel an order in case of incomplete data, suspected fraud or payment issues.
The customer is responsible for entering a correct delivery address.

Payment

Payments are processed through secure platforms provided by Shopify and its partners.
PORACT does not store or access payment information.
The order is processed only after full payment.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times depend on destination, carrier delays and customs processing.
The times shown on the website are estimates.
PORACT cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses or customs fees.
Once the order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return, exchange or refund according to the conditions mentioned in the Refund Policy.
Products must be unused and returned in their original condition.
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

Liability

PORACT is not responsible for product misuse, damage due to incorrect handling, allergic reactions or results caused by ignoring product instructions.
Customers should consult a medical professional if they have posture-related or health concerns.

Personal Data Protection

Customer data is collected only to process orders and offer customer support.
All data is handled according to the GDPR.
